Seafood Sales Plan

The seafood we harvest from North Carolina's offshore waters is sustainable and handled respectfully. We use a slush tank of saltwater and ice that stuns the fish, so they don't suffer and are quickly chilled for best quality. The plan is to do some overdue repairs this winter and start fishing again in the spring of 2025. Hoping to sell enough calendars that the tired motor can be replaced. I will take some pictures of fishing trips and post them along with a short story about our adventure on this page. You will see pictures of any fish that are available for purchase. We will start with a fish or two now and then to see how it goes with shipping and quality control. Will work on ways to notify anyone interested when we start fishing again.
